Fantastic opportunity to work in one of London’s most recognisable buildings for a leading FM company. Our client will look at both experienced Supervisors or Lead engineers looking for their next step. On offer is a salary of up to £50,000
Duties
Working Monday to Friday you will be responsible for managing your own workload as well as a team of 3 engineers. This is a role where you will be required to be “ on the tools” 50% of the time.
* The right candidate will ideally have experience in managing workload of themselves plus a small team, 3 engineers.
* The primary function of the role is to manage PPM’s and Breakdowns via the CAFM system
* Support the management team with delivery of any extra non contractual works.
* Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
* Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract.
* Manage minor improvements.
* Attend client meetings.
* Manage contractors.
Requirements
* Fully qualified to recognised electrical standard (HNC, HNC C&G)
* Previous experience of supervising and running a commercial building.
* Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
* Experience of working in a building services environment
