Job Purpose
This role is reporting directly to the MD and the Operations Manager. It will be your responsibility to provide business support to both the business and their customers. You will be involved in the day to day business administration with the opportunity to bring your ideas to the table to further grow and support the business.
Duties / Responsibilities
* Production of accurate, consistent, and timely monthly forecasts.
* Preparation and maintenance of warranty documents such as claims.
* Maintain customer satisfaction spreadsheets in accordance with business requirements.
* Deliver great customer service by way of support, supply management and credit note processing.
* Working on IT systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
Key Skills / Ability / Experience
* Strong level of IT skills in the use of ERP systems such as SAP and CRM Salesforce.
* Financial background advantageous (But not essential)
* Flexible and adaptive.
* Multi-tasking skills.
* Strong problem solver with an eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written in order to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and with customers.
* Ability to build customer relationships.
Working Hours
Permanent / Full time
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 17.00 (includes 30 min lunch)
Benefits / Package
£30 – 35 k per annum
21 days holiday (will grow in increments with time served)
