Position: Full Time, Field based.


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated sales professional to join our team. The role will entail overseeing sales operations in the South West region. As the Regional Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be implementing our wholesale sales strategy through a prescribed list of channel partners, ensuring the achievement of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S), Targets To Improve (TTI’S) and Opportunities Index (OI) for the region.


As the Regional Key Account Manager, you will own and manage the businesses of some of our most strategically important channel partners within a predesigned region. This will involve engagement and account planning to deliver against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), with a specific focus on the critical few and a continuous improvement mindset.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with our channel partners.
  • Analyse and present data to identify opportunities and gaps, utilising insights, and business intelligence,
  • Recommend corrective actions and countermeasures to close gaps identified through data analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to the contract matrix and ensure that all channel partners have account plans in place, with a future pipeline, and measure them against targets.
  • Execute account plans in collaboration with the regional manager.
  • Demonstrate agility in responding to channel partner and business requirements.
  • Contribute to achieving the forecast for the overall channel.
  • Brief priorities to the business development manager team, supporting the achievement of annual operating plan targets.
  • Maintain up to date records of Channel partner information using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.


You will be.

  • Self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experienced in sales, account management or a related field.
  • A great communicator. Able to establish and cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Capable of analysing data and information to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in asking penetrating questions to gather valuable insights to uncover opportunities or challenges.
  • Adept at leveraging both internal and external relationships for better outcomes.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
