Who We’re Seeking: We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong full-stack development skills and a passion for automation. You’ll work across a diverse technology landscape to build intuitive front-end interfaces, robust backend services, and automation logic that simplifies and enhances operational workflows. You’ll join a collaborative team working on impactful projects, with opportunities to influence technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our automation ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing: Support and maintain the automation platform used across the business Develop high-quality front-end features using JavaScript and React Build backend automation logic and tools using Python Work with RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and IaC technologies Contribute to automation projects across multiple internal functions Conduct code releases, testing, and troubleshooting Enhance processes, scalability, and overall performance of automation systems Work with AI-assisted tools and technologies to accelerate automation delivery What You’ll Bring: Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript and React Proficiency in Python Familiarity with REST APIs, IaC (Terraform), and PostgreSQL Experience with AI-driven workflows Understanding of networking and firewall concepts Ability to convert business needs into clear technical solutions Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Confidence working autonomously in technically challenging environments Great communication skills and collaborative mindset Benefits: Hybrid working (2 days on-site) Supportive, collaborative environment Autonomy to innovate and introduce new ideas Ongoing professional development and opportunities for progression Work in a rapidly growing area blending development and automation What Happens Next?
