Minimum 2 + years of directly managing multi-Facilities Management building services such as: Security, Cleaning, Reception, and supplier management
A Good knowledge of physically and security systems
Experience in managing budgets, delivering operational goals, and implementing change programmes to deliver operational benefits.
Be innovative and passionate in the way you develop and deliver commercial values to your area and to the client's expectations
Must have a full driving licence and be able to drive due to the nature of the role
Will be on call so flexibility required and will also be required to stay away from home as and when required
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive can-do attitude
Ensure the operational delivery of SLA's and KPI's are met using the central CAFM system
Anticipating needs of the client and adopt our service offering with the ability to build excellent client and stakeholder relationships
Managing all commercial change control processes
IT literate
IOSH/NEBOSH qualification
BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) trained
SIA Licensed
Desirable Criteria
MBIFM trained
