About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a deep understanding of video production and a talent for effectively and creatively communicating key brand messages across digital platforms. If you have a background in consumer healthcare or diagnostic testing and a passion for the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Create Engaging Video-based Content: Produce high-quality photography, videos (both short and long form), and social graphics that align with our brand.
* Collaborate and Strategize: Work alongside the social media and marketing teams to execute a cohesive social plan as part of our broader strategy.
* Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure all assets adhere to existing brand guidelines, acting as a brand guardian.
* Innovate and Inspire: Lead brainstorming sessions, inspire team members, and contribute innovative ideas for new assets and brand campaigns.
* Manage Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners and agencies to maintain high-quality content standards.
* Full Content Lifecycle: Deliver high-quality content from concept to production for promotional ads and website material.
* Enhance Digital Engagement: Create videos and animations to boost digital engagement with our consumers.
* Adapt and Execute: Take on assigned responsibilities with flexibility and a proactive approach.
What You Will Need
* Experience: 2+ years in a creative or social role, with a strong interest or background in healthcare.
* Creativity and Motivation: A dynamic and highly motivated individual with a creative mindset.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software and digital/social media design.
* Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
* Adaptability: Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
