We work in social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experiencedRoofer to undertake a variety of roofing repairs in tenanted properties.

The job requires work and travel in the South East and South West areas of London (Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, Lambeth).

Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

We are looking for an individual who lives locally.

Experienced Roofer:

The role is to -

  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
  • Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

Full UK driving license

Own tools

Experience of working in social housing

DBS certificate

Hours of work are8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required. Saturdays and Sundays are paid at standard rate in addition to the salary.
