JL Facilities are working with a long standing client assisting them in their search for multiple Asbestos Surveyors to work on domestic properties around the Hertfordshire area. This company are looking more for experience and attitude rather than an endless list of qualifications.
These are immediate requirements with immediate starts available
ROLE: Asbestos Surveyor - Domestic properties
LOCATION: Mobile Role covering Hertfordshire
SALARY: Up to 30,000 DOE working Monday to Friday days with NO call outs
These roles have become available due to even more contract wins and the company pride themselves on internal progression so there are genuine opportunities to progress within the business. You will be mainly working the likes of houses ( both tennanted and void ) Flats, Externals, and singular rooms.
As an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst you will
Have effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors
Have a strong work ethic
Have strong IT skills
Be conversant with current Asbestos & Health and Safety legislation and guidance
Be flexible in your approach to working hours
Be self-motivated and also able to work as part of a team
Be competent in literacy and numeracy to construct accurate reports
They are UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and 17020 with their offices based in Hertfordshire.
