Title: Payroll Operations Manager

Salary: £65-75,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join a leading payroll services firm based in Wokingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations foe clients, working closely with senior management to ensure the smooth running of the payroll process.
  
This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
  
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the payroll operations team, setting objectives and performance targets
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to ensure efficient payroll operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation
• Monitor and analyse payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide support and advice to employees and managers on all payroll related matters
• Monitor payroll performance and implement improvement plans where necessary
• Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems
  
Technical Skills Required
• Proven experience in a similar role within an Accountancy firm
• Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience of working with payroll systems
