CLASS 2 HIAB DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY:

£16.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Class 2 HIAB Driver for our Client based in Livingston.

The vehicles will have a lorry mounted crane on.

Day to Day Duties

  • Driving/operating Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading of building products using a lorry mounted crane
  • Carrying out customer deliveries to locations throughout Central Scotland
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
  • Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, mileage, and fuel consumption
  • Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management

Essential Skills

  • Hold a valid UK Category C Licence
  • Hold a valid CPC & Digi Card
  • Experience driving Class 2 vehicles
  • No more than six point for minor offences in Licence and no major endorsements due to Insurance purposes
  • Trained, certified and experienced to operate a lorry mounted crane
