Part-Time Data Protection Solicitor Opportunity in a Leading Top 100 Legal Firm.


Are you a commercially focused data protection solicitor looking for a new challenge? I am working with a highly regarded legal 100 firm in London as they expand their esteemed corporate department. This exciting role offers part-time flexibility, with the potential for increased hours over time.


The Role:


  • Working closely with partners of the firm, you will sit within the Corporate department focusing on GDPR/Data Protection assessments.
  • Reviewing, drafting, and advising on privacy documents.
  • Conducting Legitimate Interest Assessment and Data Protection Impact Assessments.
  • Advising on data breaches, international data transfers, and data subject rights.
  • Performing due diligence on UK GDPR compliance in corporate transactions.
  • Providing counsel on Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and electronic direct marketing.
  • Drafting cookie policies


About you


  • You should have at least 3 years' experience in UK GDPR/data protection.
  • Be a UK qualified Solicitor
  • Quick comprehension of complex issues and the application of legal knowledge to client requirements.
