Nursery Supervisor - Temp to Perm Opportunity in Doncaster
Are you passionate about early year's education and ready to take on a leadership role in a nurturing environment? Academics is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nursery Supervisor to join a family-run nursery on the outskirts of Doncaster. This is a temp-to-perm role, starting with Academics and transitioning into a permanent position directly with the nursery.
As a Nursery Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children in a setting that has been Ofsted rated as outstanding. Located on a charming farm with its own petting zoo, this nursery offers a unique and engaging environment for both children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursery operations and manage a team of nursery staff.
Ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all children.
Implement and maintain educational programmes in line with the nursery's outstanding Ofsted rating.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on children's progress.
Support and mentor nursery staff, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a nursery or early years setting.
A strong understanding of early years education and Ofsted standards.
