With ability to rapidly assess new technology solutions.n· Lead functional / technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments.n· Support the Programme Director to develop phasing strategy, plans, benefits case, org structures, risks and issuesn· Manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise.n· Command the respect and confidence of other Solution Architects management.n· Ability to develop methods and tools and contribute to Solution Team strategy.nDelivery Excellence:n· Able to effectively manage a team of business team members.n· Understands delivery within a fixed price model and able to operate effectively within those constraints.n· Can take ownership of sub-plans for specific processes and can plan own time to ensure project milestones are met.n· Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.n· Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.n· Can build strong relationships with consultants within the project.n· Able to receive feedback / coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.n· Have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologiesnClient Development:n· Can contribute technical or procedural sections to a proposal.n· Can present a proposal with the sales teamn· Can identify and escalate business development opportunities.nSkills/Knowledge/Experience Required:n· Extensive SAP implementation experience using integrated financials. Ability to design innovative finance solutions combining use of Digital Core, Cloud and SAP Cloud Platform elements.n· Understanding of the use of SAP technology to meet the opportunities of continuous and predictive accounting.n· Key experience areas of Shared Service Centre design, central finance systems, Receivables & Collections processes, cash, bank and treasury management.n· Strong industry background using providing finance solutionsn· Extensive experience of SAP Finance - with 6 project lifecycles.n· S/4 implementation or S/4 Certificationn· Track history of leadership.n· Strong client facing Consultancy experience
