Our client, a pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a dynamic and proactive Quality Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the quality systems for our client's site. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business in meeting all relevant quality and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading quality investigation reports and deviations, including the CAPA plan
Conducting regular reviews of quality critical documents, systems, and procedures
Maintaining quality critical documents such as quality manuals, SOPs, and audit reports
Drive process improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site
Acting as an internal audit team leader
Supporting production, warehouse, and maintenance processes to maintain quality standards
Assisting in high-risk routine validation activities for sterile manufacturing
Leading and supporting external audits from customers and regulatory authorities
Monitoring temperature on-site and ensuring equipment validation and verification
Leading HACCP teamsTo be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of Quality Management experience within a regulated healthcare environment. You must have a solid understanding of regulations supporting healthcare product development, such as GMP, GDP, and ISO standards. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a willingness to share your knowledge and experience with others.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
At least 3 years of Quality Management experience within a regulated healthcare environment
Excellent understanding of regulations supporting healthcare product development
Proactive problem-solving skills
Strong team player with a focus on developing self and others
Knowledge of HACCP and BRC (desirable)
Experience working in a cleanroom environment and managing a team
Ability to build strong working relationships
Attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and accountable for personal development
