The Client:
Our client is a well-established healthcare practice, providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, and mental health support for children and adolescents.
The Role:
As a Medical PA / Practice Manager, you will provide PA support to the Clinic Director and medical secretarial assistance to clinicians.
Responsibilities:
Manage clinic schedules, bookings, billing, and respond to patient and carer inquiries.
Handle CQC-related duties, including policy updates and ensuring day-to-day compliance.
Perform bookkeeping and financial management tasks.
Carry out basic administration tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and record management.
Oversee and support junior administrative staff.
Support medication management and liaise with pharmacies.
Monitor clinic activities and productivity and manage facility maintenance.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Medical Secretary, PA or in a similar role.
Ideally have 1 year of experience in private medical sector.
Skilled in Excel, Office 365, and electronic patient management software.
Background working with children and families would be beneficial.
GCSE or equivalent qualification would be preferred.
Right to work in the UK.
