Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a commando training facility in Exmouth, who are looking for a mess manager to join their busy team.

Our client is contract catering company that work with a lot of MOD sites over the UK, therefore they know what it takes to run the site.
They look to promote within, therefore progression is key for our client over all sites.
What's involved?
As a Mess Manager in a MOD site, you will need the ability to work inside a fast paced environment, supporting the kitchen - whilst overseeing the development and executing events strategy.
You will oversee the main mess catering, as well as work with the mess committee to plan and deliver a number of functions attended by the senior Royal Marine personnel.
Experience of managing a team and execution of events is essential for this Mess Manager position.
