We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our friendly Marketing Team based at our office in Solihull, Birmingham. Working on a hybrid basis, this role is easily accessible from Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Tamworth, across the West Midlands and East Midlands.

Main ResponsibilitiesThe role of Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the development and delivery of marketing activity, including, email marketing campaigns, reporting, product lines marketing and both online and offline events. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for:
Delivery of all product email marketing campaigns
Devising, delivering and implementing email campaign strategies within the areas of designated responsibility, i.e. Corporate Brand, media campaigns, sector & segment marketing
Reporting and lead generation into the commercial teams
Building, maintaining and managing email databases 
Trade media advertising schedules and coordination with external PR and social activity – paid and organic
Managing an annual schedule of activity across multiple products and services across the Building Products range
Development and delivery of corporate events
Responsible for all payment and PO admin 
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Manager will have a passion for ‘selling’ and experience of working in an environment focused on brand and customer connected delivery. Suitable candidates for the role of Marketing Manager will also have:
Project Management experience
Organised and digitally competent
High level of drive & determination
Ability to identify customer needs and build solution
Energetic and persuasive approach in the face of resistance
Collaborative manner, able to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Good communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Commitment and a passion to learn and succeed
Ability to work with and challenge senior management
