With over 25 years of experience, they have cultivated strong relationships within the construction industry and boast a stellar reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Currently, they are managing a project in Wembley and are seeking a talented Mechanical Supervisor to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring its success. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.

As a Electrical Supervisor your role will include but not be limited to:

* Resource Management: Ensure the efficient allocation of labor and materials, minimizing waste and maintaining safe work practices.

* Quality Assurance: Oversee work to meet industry standards and client expectations, ensuring compliance with specifications.

* Health, Safety, and Environment: Implement and enforce safety regulations, verify certifications for workers, and ensure adherence to protocols.

* Communication and Issue Resolution: Maintain open communication with management, address any issues promptly, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

* Documentation: Keep detailed records of project activities, including delays, variations, and safety documentation.

* Project Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

* Supervision and Training: Provide leadership to site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety policies and providing training as needed.

* Site Maintenance and Administration: Oversee site cleanliness and organization, manage paperwork, and verify material deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS

* Valid CSCS card and SSSTS certification.

* Experience working on residential projects.

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
