Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor required


Navartis is working with a Top main contractor who operate in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sectors and work on many prestigious major projects across the UK.

You would join their team as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor and work out of one of their offices around London.


They have completed numerous major civils projects around the UK and have some prestigious projects that they are currently working on so are looking to add to their commercial team.


Experience required:

  • Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Sector background.
  • 3 years + experience in Quantity Surveying
  • NEC 3 / NEC 4 Contract experience
  • Strong time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Degree (Desirable)


Duties include:

  • Reporting to and Assisting the Managing QS and Senior Management team
  • Managing all commercials of allocated project or packages.
  • Management of assistant / graduate quantity surveyors
  • Management of sub contractor
  • Liaising with client
  • Contract Management
  • Month End reporting
  • Applying NEC Contract
  • CVR's
  • Valuations & Final Accounts
  • Reporting & Forecasts


My client is also open to hearing from Quantity Surveyor's who are looking for their next step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Can be based in Central London, Watford or Essex

2 Positions available QS & SQS

Salary £48,000 to £68,000 depending on your experience level
