Location: Waltham Forest
Pay: £18.00ph paid weekly via umbrella – No CIS/LTD
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term/Temp to Perm
Notes: Must hold valid UK drivers license. Successful applicant will need to pass an enhanced DBS.
Duties
Plastering repairs and maintenance work to provide high quality finish.
Preferable damp and mould experience.
Also must be able to undertake painting duties, tilling and general Multi trade duties.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have full UK Drivers License
Must be able to pass a DBS check (at clients expense)
Must have previous experience working in a trades environment
Experience in Social Housing Maintenance highly desirable but not essential
