HVAC Engineer - Technical Support (AIR-CONDITIONING & CHILLERS) - west London, UK (with option of hybrid/homeworking)

A new vacancy for a HVAC Engineer - Technical Support with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's offices in the west London / Middlesex area, the HVAC Engineer - Technical Support will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe. Candidates should have an engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc), with at least 1yrs experience working with VRF/VRV and/or Refrigeration products in a role that has involved supporting customers and/or distributors.

Key requirements:

  • Relevant Engineering qualification (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc)
  • Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning and/or Chillers/Refrigeration systems (1yrs+)
  • Experience using PRODUCT SELECTION SOFTWARE AND PRODUCT PRICING/SALES TOOLS
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Knowledge of other European language(s) would also be an advantage
  • Business trips to Europe will be required occasionally
