Evolve our quantitative and qualitative consulting methods in a culture which is well known for applying analytical rigour to pragmatic problems
We offer a diverse, fun and challenging work environment where you’ll have the chance to shape our strategy consulting offering and work across a wide variety of sectors and technologies.

Excellent market awareness and experience in at least one of our market focus areas (such as aerospace, industrial, defence & security, semiconductor or automotive), and an excellent understanding of the latest market and technology trends which are opportunities for our clients
An excellent degree in an engineering or related scientific discipline; a second business degree such as an MBA is desirable
Proven impact and ability to influence senior client stakeholders
Strong skills in combining business and technology understanding to distil insights and make recommendations to corporate leaders
