Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a prestigious £50 million Student Accommodation project in Bristol. The project will utilize a concrete frame build method and is projected to span 18 months. As the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile construction project from inception to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to construction and handover.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Liaise with clients and consultants, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.


Qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS


Experience:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager, with experience overseeing large-scale construction projects.
  • Familiarity with concrete frame build methods and student accommodation projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
