The Role We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes influencer and social media marketing , someone who can turn big ideas into beautifully executed campaigns that move the needle. In this role, you’ll: Lead the day-to-day rollout of influencer and social campaigns for top-tier clients. Keep projects running smoothly, on time, on budget, and on point. Dive into results, pull out insights, and shape what comes next. Support and coach junior team members to grow their craft. Spot opportunities to push boundaries with both existing and new clients. Help evolve how we work- refining processes, exploring new tools, and elevating our output. About You You’ve spent 3+ years in influencer and organic social marketing, and you know what works (and what doesn’t). You’re equal parts creative thinker and organised doer. You thrive in a fast-paced, ideas-first environment. Collaboration is your thing - but you’re not afraid to take the lead.
