Position Overview: As an Early Careers Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons under the guidance of experienced teachers.
Support the individual learning needs of students, providing targeted interventions and feedback.
Collaborate with the teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and subject knowledge.
Build positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider school community and take part in extracurricular activities.Requirements:
Hold a relevant degree and have completed a recognised teaching qualification.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Show enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for teaching and working with children.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team.
Have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
