Overview:
Are you a highly motivated and experienced Process Development Technologist with a PHD or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering?
Do you have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Process Technologist within the Chemical Manufacturing field?
Responsibilities:
Lead the New Product Development initiatives related to the MFT stage gate processes as well as coordinate lab-based colleagues working on behalf of MFT.
Support the integration of digitalized approaches in technical work, enhancing our capabilities through lab rig automation and data-rich reactions.
Contribute to a fundamental understanding of existing products and processes, such as cost structure and bill of materials.
Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and apply knowledge from other areas to the projects and processes under your supervision.
Ensure the scalability of processes by supporting plant trials at third-party locations and providing technical input for efficient root cause analysis.
