You'll be joining one of the largest independent renewable energy companies, leading on a range of BESS, Solar, Wind and Green Hydrogen projects.


The Role

We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager to lead a team of civil engineers in delivering high-quality design and engineering management services across renewable energy projects.


Your Responsibilities

  • Preliminary engineering, layout design, and assessment during project development phases.
  • Managing and coordinating civil and multidisciplinary design through detailed design stages.
  • Producing technical specifications and reviewing third-party design compliance.
  • Promoting safety in design, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations or equivalent national standards.


About You

  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and renewable energy.
  • Experience managing and developing teams in a similar structure
  • Familiarity with UK CDM Regulations and relevant standards
  • Commercial awareness, including cost control and risk mitigation
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design for complex projects
