We are looking to recruit multi skilled maintenance engineer for a manufacturing business based in North Lanarkshire.


On Offer:

  • £45,000+
  • 31 Days annual leave
  • Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate


Working Pattern

  • Week 1: Monday – Friday 6am – 3pm
  • Week 2: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
  • Week 3: Sunday 8am – 5pm – Monday – Thursday 4pm – 1am


Duties:

  • Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure limited downtime.
  • Optimise and improve scheduling and undertake preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical faults with various machinery, including but not limited to production and packaging.
  • Perform minor building and equipment repairs.
  • Eliminate any potential periods of downtime with a proactive approach to daily tasks in a methodical manner.
  • Ensure due diligence records are eligible and well maintained.


Experience required:

  • Skilled in both mechanical and electrical with a bias towards either discipline.
  • Ideally you will have FMCG experience although not essential
