Job Title: ArchitectnWork pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours a week.nWorking Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm
Our ideal candidate would be/possess:
Degree in Architecture essential.nARB / RIBA Registered.nDemonstrable experience in luxury residential design.nFull proficiency in AutoCad.
Adobe Suite and 3D Modelling is a plusnIndependent attitude, can hit the ground running.nExperience, energy & enthusiasm in project monitoring through all RIBA stages.nA strong technical understanding of construction methods, drawings and detailing.nA strong technical understanding of the Interior Architecture detailing.nFinancial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.nAbility work from concept to completion on your own or as part of a team.nAbility to lead architectural projects with the backup of Directors.nNatural ability for problem solving, thinking on your feet but being commercially minded.nSolid on-site and construction phase experience.nExceptional attention to detail.nPositive outlook and a great work ethic.nCapable of working in a pressured environment with the ability to work to deadlinesnStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.nMust have client facing experience and be able to explain complex details in an understandable way.
A full driving licence for site visits is a must.

The main duties will include:
To work as part of a team on both UK and international projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA stagesnConfident in working on multiple projects concurrently.nThe ability to understand and work to prescribed or suggested project budgetsnCreate full tender and construction drawing packagesnOversee contractor tenders, contractor selection, contract administration, project valuation and
quality control on sitenCoordination of subcontractors and consultants throughout the design and construction phasesnCreate interior architecture drawing packages of Plans, Elevations, Sections, Small Power, Lighting, RCP’s, Floor and Walls finishes. To include drawings of features, bespoke installations, and all other internal elements like staircases, ceiling coffers, wall panelling and alike for construction.nCreate joinery drawing packages for design intent, client presentation and tender.nCreate detailed bathroom drawings, tile setting out and specification of all sanitaryware, cabinetry, brassware, and accessories for construction.nCreate schedules for the above-mentioned designs and drawingsnThe ability to confidently lead client and contractor / consultant meetings within the studio or on sitenKeeping up to date with new developments and design trends in the design industry
