Forest Care Selection are currently working with an established independent care provider, that operates several specialist residential services across the Northeast of England. This innovative provider is seeking a Registered Home Manager to oversee their small residential care home based in West Rainton in County Durham.
The Registered Home Manager in County Durham will:
Oversee the running of an established residential care home and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Oversee an established care and ancillary team and ensure they are effectively trained and motivated.
Lead the care home in achieving and exceeding CQC standards, implementing robust quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure the delivery of person-centered care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and community stakeholders.The Registered Home Manager in County Durham will need:
Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a care home setting, with a track record of improving CQC ratings and delivering high-quality care.
Commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing the lives of residents through exceptional care.
Strong leadership qualitiesThe Successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
