Overview:
- Serve as a dedicated ambassador, embodying and promoting our brand's values in all interactions and actively participating in public and store events to elevate our image and products.
- Spearhead new client acquisition initiatives for our flagship store by leveraging market insights and innovative strategies, including exclusive events and targeted campaigns, to attract high-potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships both internally and externally to maximize collaborative marketing and event opportunities, enhancing our flagship store's status as a luxury destination.
- Drive client engagement through bespoke activations and personalized experiences, focusing on cultivating deep loyalty and long-term relationships with our brand.
- Oversee sales and client development operations, ensuring meticulous customer data management, high data capture rates, and effective use of CRM tools to deliver unparalleled client experiences.
- Facilitate team training on clienteling tools and strategies, maintain consistent communication with clients, and analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve client loyalty.
- Stay informed about the global marketing landscape, competitor activities, and market trends to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the luxury market and effectively position our brand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brand is represented with excellence in all scenarios.
- Develop strategies to attract and engage new clients, focusing on creating unique and impactful experiences.
- Establish strong internal and external partnerships to support marketing and event initiatives.
- Personalize client interactions to build loyalty and foster long-term relationships.
- Manage and utilize CRM systems for effective client development and sales operations.
- Train and support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance data and market insights.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards in all aspects of the role, from client experience to store operations.
