Electrical Supervisor

Location -Berkshire
£40-42,000 pern annum

I am are currently recruiting for a Electrical Supervisor to co-ordinate all day to day electrical operations for multiple Nuclear projects in Berkshire.
Responsibilities include:
Overall site management and representation of our Client onsite liaising with customers, suppliers and relevant authorities
Proven capability to organise and manage human and physical resources within a hazardous operating environment and to deliver to programme within cost and time
Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing site activities
Conducting Toolbox Talks, performing site inductions and maintaining updated records
Responsible for site Health & Safety and ensuring the correct procedures are put in place and adhered to by all site personnel
Monitoring reportable accidents and ensuring correct paperwork is submitted to the appropriate personnel
Identifying the needs for Risk Assessments / Safe Systems of Work and implementing these across the site
Ensuring site records are maintained including Site Manager reports, weekly labour reports, Health & Safety records and daily diary records
Managing subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities and providing guidance and training as required
Essential Requirements:
Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Testing capability to test C&G 23919
18th Edition
3 years supervisory experience in a repair and maintenance /decommissioning environment
Experience of managing in site environment or in nuclear industries
Valid CSCS Card
IOSH or NEBOSH
SSSTS or SMSTS
Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
Good IT skills
Excellent communication, people and time management skills
Ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and motivate and lead the team in line with the Company culture ensuring high standards of compliance
