Handy Person/Fitter

Our client is seeking a versatile and skilled Handy Person internally known as a Fitter to their dynamic team.
As a Fitter/ Handy Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and lab furniture installation projects, as well as assisting with dismantling and packing tasks during office relocations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and install office and lab furniture according to specifications and client requirements
* Assist in dismantling furniture and equipment during office relocations
* Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring safety and efficiency during transportation
* Help load vehicles with packed items and furniture for transportation to new premises.
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the functionality and safety of furniture and equipment
ABOUT YOU
* Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
* Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
* Excellent communication
