As a Healthcare Staffing Consultant at D4 Ltd, you will play a vital role in connecting healthcare facilities with qualified professionals for temporary assignments. Key responsibilities include:
Client Engagement:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their temporary staffing needs.
- Collaborating with healthcare administrators to define detailed job requirements.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Employing diverse channels to source and identify skilled healthcare professionals.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Matching and Placement:
- Strategically pairing healthcare professionals with the specific needs of healthcare facilities.

Please Note this is a fulltime role Monday to Friday 08:30 -17:00 hrs office based.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
