They are looking for a Freelance Internal Communications Copywriter to join them on a freelance basis to create engaging internal content.

The role:
* Write and edit a variety of internal communications, including emails, newsletters, announcements, social media, Town Hall agendas and outcomes,
* Develop engaging content that informs, inspires, and motivates employees.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather information and create targeted communications.
* Ensure all communications are consistent with the company's tone, style, and brand guidelines.
* Assist in the planning and execution of internal communications.
* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications from an hR perspective and suggest improvements.
* Manage and update content on the company intranet and other internal platforms.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into our communications strategy.
The person:
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a copywriter in internal communications.
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Strong understanding of communication principles and best practices.
* Ability to create engaging and clear content tailored to different audiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of creativity and adaptability
