Position Overview:nThe Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation programs that align with the organization's goals and strategies. The role requires significant experience in asset management, proficiency in managing annual reward cycles, and expertise in compensation benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy and Planning :nDevelop and execute comprehensive compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees within the asset management sector.nCollaborate with senior management and HR to ensure compensation programs support business objectives and compliance with legal requirements.nAnnual Reward Cycle Management :nLead the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and long-term incentive plan administration.nAnalyse market trends, economic conditions, and organizational needs to recommend adjustments to compensation structures.nBenchmarking and Market Analysis :nConduct regular compensation benchmarking studies to ensure the organization’s compensation packages are competitive within the asset management industry.nUtilize salary surveys and industry data to evaluate and compare the organization’s compensation structure with market trends.nData Analysis and Reporting :nPerform detailed compensation analyses, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership.nEnsure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data for regulatory compliance and internal auditing purposes.nProgram Development and Implementation :nDesign and implement compensation programs, including base salary, variable pay, and equity plans, tailored to the unique needs of asset management professionals.nEnsure compensation programs are effectively communicated and understood by employees at all levels.nAdvisory and Support :nProvide expert guidance to HR partners and business leaders on compensation-related matters.nServe as a resource for managers and employees regarding compensation policies, procedures, and practices.nCompliance and Risk Management :nEnsure all compensation practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.nIdentify and mitigate potential risks associated with compensation programs.

Qualifications:nExperience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on the asset management industry.

Skills :nStrong analytical and quantitative skills.nProficiency in compensation management software and HRIS systems.nExcellent communication and presentation skills.nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.nAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications:nExperience with global compensation programs.nKnowledge of Ltips and deferred compensation.nFamiliarity with compensation regulations and compliance requirements.

Working Conditions:nFull-time position based in London.nHybrid work environment with a mix of remote and in-office work.
