Retirement Housing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an retirement housing assistant to join the team in a retirement living service based in Ampthill.
We are looking for someone to take the role on a temporary ongoing position, if you enjoy you the role you will be able to make the application to remain on a permanent basis.
This position is for 30 Hours a week
Pay rate of £14.26 PAYE per hour PAYE £17.79 per hour UMB
We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.
Speaking with the residents daily
Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,
Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
Involving the residents in activities within the service
Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks,
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT as well as
Previous Housing/property experience along with fantastic customer service skills
