Vehicle Technician
Location: York, North Yorkshire
Salary: £35k - £48k OTE + Excellent Benefits
The Client:
Our client is a well-established car dealership representing prestigious brands and providing excellent experiences and services.
The Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll conduct vehicle repair, servicing, and adherence to safety standards.
Duties:
Conduct vehicle health checks and identify areas of concern.
Prepare new vehicles for delivery.
Perform technical repair work following established procedures.
Utilise correct materials, tools, and measuring devices.
Report any additional faults to Service Manager / Workshop Controller.
Record work details accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair.
Guarantee work is completed to manufacturer standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in the motor industry.
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle faults.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
Effective communication skills.
