On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Lead UX Designer for a 6 month rolling contract based in London, UK.

Purpose of the Role:

Our client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UX Designer to lead a new initiative from end to end within a small team in London.

This role will be pivotal in designing and developing an in-house surveillance platform that ensures compliance with financial law regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design having worked on greenfield ground up enterprise systems to drive the final app layout and design.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a Lead UX Designer you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and development of a new graphical interface and front-end design for this greenfield project for our investment banking client.
  • Communicating strongly with stakeholders and conduct workshops.
  • Collaborating closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Holding strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ensuring the platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience for all users.

What we require from the candidate:

-End to End Enterprise Application experience.

  • Strong UX Design experience.
  • Ability to use Adobe and Azure software.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and gather user requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working closely with technology teams to implement design solutions.
  • Financial background (desirable but not required).
