Role Overview: As a Production Shift Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operations, overseeing the production process and ensuring seamless execution of production schedules. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a food manufacturing environment.
