Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, all year around

Job Purpose: Are you a seasoned IT professional looking to elevate your career? We invite you to become a pivotal member of our technical support team, providing expert advice and superior service across our Multi Academy Trust (MAT). As our Third Line ICT Support Network Manager, you will:

  • Provide a superior level of advice to the IT technical support team both within the school and throughout the MAT
  • Provide day to day team management of ICT Technicians
  • Visit schools in the MAT as directed
  • Provide a friendly and responsive service to requests for assistance from all users
  • Work with other members of the school teams and MAT team to resolve issues as appropriate

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment, ensuring optimal functionality across the MAT
  • Manage school-based IT technicians, overseeing their daily activities and development
  • Prioritise and respond to routine and emergency ICT requests, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Conduct health and safety checks, reporting any potentially hazardous situations
  • Adhere to the Codes of Conduct, Regulations, and policies
