As a Behavior Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in educational support, with responsibilities covering various aspects:
Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-on-one assistance, and facilitate small group activities.
Individualized Learning: Work closely with students needing extra support, adapt teaching materials, and offer targeted interventions to help each student reach their full potential.
Behavior Management: Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promote respectful behavior, and implement effective management strategies.
Assessments and Progress Monitoring: Support teachers in assessing student progress, providing feedback, and recording data to inform teaching strategies and interventions.
Extra-Curricular Involvement: Enhance the school community by participating in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, sports events, and school trips, fostering student engagement and
personal development.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A degree in any subject area, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence (a degree at 2:2 or higher is preferred).

Enthusiastic and proactive approach, showcasing your passion for education and willingness to go above and beyond to support student learning.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and support different teaching styles.
