Our client is a leading provider in the power generation and load testing industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate a Class 2 HGV
* Transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular vehicle checks
* Adhere to all CPC and Digital Tacho regulations
* Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 HGV License
* Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
* Digital Tacho Card
* Previous experience as a Class 2 HGV Driver preferred
* Strong understanding of transportation and safety regulations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Employment Details
* Pay Rate (Temp Period): £15.69 per hour
* Basic Rate (Permanent): £31,428 annually
* Overtime Rates:
* First 6 hours: 1.5x
* Thereafter: 2x
* Saturday: 1.5x
* Sunday: 2x
* Expenses: Paid for when working over 8 hours
* Schedule: Monday – Friday with weekend shifts available
* Duration: 13-week Temp to Perm period, followed by a permanent transfer to client
