We are recruiting a
Supply Planner - Internal EU Factories
to join the Supply Chain team.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Supply Chain UK and manage the supply chain from our in-house factories in France and Spain and UK 3rd party re-packers. They will ensure a consistent, timely supply of regulatory compliant products within budget, aligned with our company inventory policy, while meeting the demand requirements of UK direct sales.
Day-to-day responsibilitiesnManaging orders and supply from our internal EU factories and 3rd party re-packersnRun weekly meeting updates with internal factories - sharing information and discussing current activity, supply performance and potential risknTrack and monitor any current of future out of stock products. Ensure no surprises, in terms of supply shortfallnActivate weekly reports to ensure supply is aligned with inventory policy and current demandnHighlight movements in demand to Head of Supply Chain and amend orders to meet requirementsnEnsure correct alignment of semi-finished product into our UK 3rd party packer to ensure correct balance in finished inventory.nReview the SAP/ERP recommendations to ensure all ERP generated proposals are aligned with demand, in line with inventory policy and resulting Purchase Orders are placed and confirmednEnsure SAP data relevant to orders is correct, up to date and cleansed as requirednMaintaining SAP master data relevant to Supply Planning to ensure the best view of current and projected inventorynRaising purchase orders for related services relevant to each supplier and where INCO terms require collection by Ethypharm, to liaise with the Logistics Team and provide information regarding collection requirementnSkills/ExperiencenTo be successful for this position you will have the following experiencenEducated to A' Level or equivalentnAt least 3 years' experience planning with SAP (PP, MM)nExperience within the pharmaceutical industry is desirablenUnderstanding of GDP requirementsnExperience of forecast managementnAble to speak conversational French and/or Spanish is desirablenWhat we offer younA competitive salarynHoliday - 25 days rising to 30 with length of service plus bank holidaysnHoliday Buy/Sell - an opportunity to buy or sell up to an additional 5 days' holidayn10% Bonus - In addition to our competitive salaries, all our employees are entitled to join a discretionary bonus scheme (based on policy eligibility)nBravo Benefits Platform - offering a variety of discounts across well-being and lifestylenSalary Sacrifice scheme for Electric vehicles with Tusker (dependent on meeting policy eligibility)nPrivate Healthcare for yourself and your family (if applicable) with an additional Medicash health cash plannPension SchemenLife AssurancenHybrid Working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)nAt Ethypharm we recognise the value of diversity in the workplace and provide equal opportunities for all.
