The Role We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Events Management Intern to support the delivery of Baller League’s live football events and fan experiences. This role is ideal for university students seeking hands-on experience in sports events, entertainment, and live production. You’ll gain first-hand insight into how large-scale, high-energy events are planned, coordinated, and executed - from concept to kick-off. This is a dynamic internship designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to learn how top-tier sports and media events are brought to life. Key Responsibilities Support the Events & Operations team in planning and delivering live matchdays, fan activations, and media events Assist with logistics coordination, including venue setup, staffing, accreditation, and supplier management Help manage on-site operations during events; supporting crew, talent, and partners to ensure smooth execution Maintain and update internal event schedules, contact sheets, and production documents Conduct research and compile briefs for upcoming events, suppliers, and partners Provide administrative support, including expense tracking, equipment inventory, and logistics coordination Work cross-functionally with the Talent, Media, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless event delivery What We’re Looking For Enthusiastic team player with a professional, can-do attitude Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communicator who can work effectively across teams and with external partners Interest in sports, live events, or entertainment production Proficiency in Google Workspace tools Availability to work evenings and weekends during event periods This is an unpaid internship designed for educational and professional experience, with the potential for future paid opportunities What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in live event production, logistics, and sports operations.
