Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is currently seeking a customer facing and focused Graphic Design Team Leader to join them on their prestigious MoD facilities Management contract at Northwood Headquarters.
Northwood HQ is a huge military base where Skanska deliver hard and soft FM services as well as techincal and project management expertise .
The Graphics Team Leader will assist the Customer Manager in delivering a first class service to the Authority. The role will see you motivate up to 5 staff, handle administrative duties, including reporting on KPI, and perform human resource tasks, such as recruiting and assessing staff performance.
You’ll:
* produce all levels of graphics work required for our customer and client to the relevant templates and brand guidelines (supplied) to all regulations and contractual obligations
* Manage the Graphics department by motivating staff, handle administrative duties, and perform human resource tasks, such as recruiting and assessing staff performance.
* Manage the responses received from Customer Service and Assurance Manager and Communications Manager from the ServExcel Customer Experience Survey and produce action plan.
* Manage compliments and complaints raised via the Northwood Helpdesk for the Graphics Team
* Support the development of business wide initiatives including contract renewal strategy, contract management plans and customer improvement plans.
* Develop maximum profitable growth of the business through understanding client needs and maximizing the services delivered and championing excellent customer care.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory, IMS, security and relevant company and client policies generating a true health and safety culture and ensuring the implementation and adoption of safe working systems and practices for the services delivered.
* Ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client.
* Promote and maintain the Skanska Values.
* Undertake training and Cover when required for the Team Northwood Photographer
* Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required.
* Line Manage the On-Site Photographer
We are looking for:
* Customer Service experience, as well as an experienced Graphic Designer
* Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
* Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with the client and Skanska employees alike
* Excellent listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require
* Strong problem-solving skills
