About the Role: Joining our client's dynamic team as a Flexi Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes during the night shift. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor machinery efficiently and safely.
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
* Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements:
