The day to day of the Mechanical Estimator:
Working alongside the Project Director, you will be given training into the Enzyme system which is used to Estimate and manage projects. (This system is quite easy to pick up).
Working predominantly in the South East London office, you will also go to commercial customer sites when required using the shared company vehicle in order to take requirements.
You will; Understand and interpret mechanical commercial Air Conditioning drawings to prepare cost estimations, compile and submit proposals, undertake material take offs, mitigate project risks and more.  
Estimator, Required skills:
Experience working in the Commercial HVAC Industry as a Mechanical; Estimator, Estimating Assistant or similar.
The ability to understand technical HVAC drawings.
Full drivers licence.
A can do attitude.
