Area: Dartford
Pay: £32-£37 per hour

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN/SEND Tutors to join our team. The successful candidates will be passionate about education and committed to delivering engaging and effective tutoring sessions. You will work with students to help them improve their understanding and performance in English, Maths, and Science, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in English, Maths, or Science.
Develop and implement personalised learning plans that address each student's strengths and areas for improvement.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning engaging and accessible.
Track and report on student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Prepare students for exams and assessments, offering strategies for success.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student confidence and independence.Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in education or a related subject (e.g., a degree in English, Maths, Science, Education, or equivalent).
Experience in tutoring or teaching core subjects.
Strong knowledge of the curriculum and exam requirements for English, Maths, and Science.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).Desirable:
Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) or equivalent.
Experience with educational technology and online tutoring platforms.
Familiarity with special educational needs and strategies to support diverse learners.Benefits:
