Nursery Practitioners in Carterton and surrounding area WE NEED YOU
Are you a qualified practitioner looking for part time hours?
Would you like a job where you get paid to play games, have daily adventures in the garden and just have fun?
If you can sing badly, act appallingly, eat endless mud pies and drink poorly made cups of tea we would love to hear from you.
We want the children’s day to be filled with fun activities and laughter, we believe the only way to achieve this is for our staff to be doing the same. One minute you will be having messy play indoors, possible a game of sleeping lions and then you could be outside in the garden on a minibeast discovery.
We are working with a number of nurseries in Oxfordshire who are looking for practitioners to support them to cover sickness and other absences.
This type of role is ideal for someone who is looking for a better work/life balance
The ideal candidate will:
• Have at least 6 months experience working within a nursery or
• Hold a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification.
• Have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• 10-year checkable work/education history.
• Proof of ‘Right to Work in the UK’
What we are looking for:
• Real passion for education and learning.
• Demonstrate the ability to cultivate positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Adaptable and reliable.
• Be able to use your own initiative to work as part of a team
• Have experience of the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months.
At Simply Education, we care that you can do a great job for the children you work with and the schools that you are filling in for. We want you to enjoy your work and so our former Assistant Principals offer you FREE CPD to share classroom strategies that have been seen to work in over 1200 classroom observations.
Our courses help you get started as a supply teacher, cover supervisor or teaching assistant and then progress with CPD-Certified twilight courses on behaviour management, de-escalation practices, effective feedback, differentiation, questioning, removing barriers to learning and teacher talk. We have a range of courses to support your work with young children (EYFS), SEND children (including autism & ADHD) and more for aspiring teaching assistants. What are you waiting for?
